About Parliament Publishing Group
Parliament Publishing Group is an independent publisher founded by Emmy-nominated filmmaker & Producer Jenny Feter, and Creative Director & published author David London. We bring a multimedia storytelling approach to children’s and young adult publishing, creating books that combine social narratives with educational value, all with an eye toward creating lasting change.
Parliament Publishing Group is a subsidiary of Parliament Studios.
What We Publish
We publish books that help young readers navigate complex topics (such as neurodiversity, mental health, and environmental responsibility) through authentic, character-driven stories. We believe representation matters, and we work closely with consultants and community advocates to ensure our content resonates with both the readers we represent and the professionals who serve them.
Our Team
David London is a Creative Director, author, and illustrator with nine published graphic novels and extensive experience in educational publishing. His work has been distributed through Thomson Gale, Cherry Lake Publishing, and Penguin Random House.
Jenny Feterovich is an Emmy-nominated producer with six nominations and thirteen seasons of PBS programming. She brings decades of experience in educational media production and strategic leadership as an Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Global leader.
Together, we founded Parliament Publishing Group to create books that reflect our commitment to authentic representation and meaningful storytelling.
Distribution & Partnerships
We distribute through IngramSpark (print), OverDrive/Sora (digital library platform), and Amazon. Our books are cataloged for school and public library acquisition and include professional metadata, educator resources, and reading level information.
We partner with advocacy organizations, educational institutions, and community consultants to ensure our content serves the communities we write about and the professionals who support them.
